Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use recruitmentpodcastnetwork.com (“RPN”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

RPN is run by RecTools.io Limited, trading as RecTalk Media (a company registered in England and Wales, number 11933858), 53–55 Earlsdon Park One, Butts Road, Coventry CV1 3BH. You can contact us at info@rectalk.co.uk.

Using RPN

You can browse and watch without an account. An account lets you follow shows, save episodes and pick up where you left off. It's free.

If you create an account, please:

• give accurate details, and keep them up to date;
• keep your sign-in secure (your LinkedIn or Google account, or your email inbox) and don't share your account;
• be 16 or over.

You can delete your account any time from your account page. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

The shows and episodes

The episodes on RPN belong to the creators who make them, and are played from YouTube, so YouTube's terms of service also apply when you watch. The views expressed in episodes are those of the people in them, not ours. Episodes are for general information, not professional advice.

The site's own design, text and branding belong to us. Please don't copy them without permission.

Please don't

• use RPN for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone;
• try to get into parts of the site or accounts that aren't yours, or interfere with how the site works;
• copy or collect content or data from the site in bulk (for example, with automated tools) without our permission;
• send us spam, or false information through our forms.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Creators

Creator dashboards are by invitation. If you're a creator, you're responsible for the bio, photo and links you add to your profile, and you allow us to show them on RPN. We may remove anything that breaks these terms. Your agreement with RecTalk Media about your show, if you have one, still applies.

Applications and advertising enquiries

Sending us a Join the Network application or an advertising enquiry doesn't commit either of us to anything until we agree it separately.

Availability and changes

We work to keep RPN running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove shows and features at any time.

Links to other sites

RPN links to other websites, such as creators' YouTube channels. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Our liability

RPN is provided free of charge and “as is”. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss that comes from using it, or from relying on anything in an episode. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we'll let account holders know.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute.
